Keremy ♥

My friend Claire posted this fun little questionnaire so I thought I would steal her idea - you know, just for fun :)

It's all about us. Jeremy+Keri = Keremy ♥

1. What are your middle names? Jeremy's middle name is David and mine is Michelle.
2. How long have you been together? We met in 1999, started dating in 2000 and married in 2003. 11 years and counting! ♥
3. How long did you know each other before you started dating? 6 months
4. Who asked who out? Neither of us are your typical romantics - there was never a formal invitation of being his girlfriend. We kinda just talked about it one day while I was crushing him in Super Mario Brothers on Nintendo! Yesssss! Beat by a girl :)
5. How old are each of you? I'm 29....which I still think is like 21...but then realize I'll be 30 in August....so NOT 21! Yikes! Jeremy is 5 years and 1 day older than me. You can do the math!
6. Did you go to the same school? Nope. Seeing as he was in kindergarten when I was 1 day old - LOL
7. Are you from the same hometown? Nope. He grew up in Troy and I grew up in Canton. Both Michiganders though!
8. Who is the smartest? Well, you may not know this, but, Jeremy is a genius. Kinda a inside joke between us. But back to the actual question, I'm gonna have to go with Jeremy. Although he's just average ;) Love you baby!
9. Who majored in what? Please don't send me hate mail, but, I didn't major in anything - because college is overrated and I didn't go - ha - but my hubby majored in business and minored in sports management. I think that's right anyways...
10. Who is the most sensitive? Hmm - probably him. I'm not a real sensitive girl - and he's been sensitive since he was little. I suppose that is where Ethan gets it from :)
11. Where is the furthest you have traveled as a couple? Las Vegas baby! Why yes, I am that super awesome wife that surprised him with a 4 day trip a couple years after we married :)
12. Who has the worse temper? Neither of us really have a temper. One of the most important things to me when choosing a man to marry was a man who didn't have a temper. I'm thankful God blessed me with such a kind spirited man!
13. How many children do you want? Well, we already have two adorable children and another one in heaven. So, maybe one more. We'll see what God has in store for us!
14. Who does the cooking? Me. I love to cook. He grills though when the weather's nice. I don't do grills. They involve flames.
15. Who is more social? 100% me. I can talk your ear off!
16. Who is the most stubborn? Well, if you ask me I would say Jeremy...if you ask him he would say me :) We are both stubborn so I guess you can call it even :)
17. Who wakes up earlier? We typically wake up around the same time.
18. Who is the neat freak? Hands down me! I am a super organized, in order type of person. Like I get stressed when the sink is full of dishes, piles of laundry are unfolded on the couch, toys everywhere. It just feels good to have everything in it's place!
19. Where was your first date? I suppose Somerset Mall in Troy, MI. We held hands there for the first time. Grandma hands as Jeremy would call them. You know, when your fingers are not intertwined. Lol. Hey now, I took things real slow :)
20. Who has the bigger family? We both have big families but I'm pretty sure I have him beat. My dad has 4 brothers and 4 sisters and I am one of 3. He is one of 2. Families are awesome!
21. Do you get flowers often? Nope. Another thing that is so overrated! You spend money on a gift that dies in a few days. Umm, no thanks!
22. How do you spend the holidays? One word. Family!
23. Who is more jealous? Neither of us really. I suppose me if he is out getting Thai food without me. That's when I get jealous.
24. How long did it take to get serious? I would say within a year of dating we knew we wanted to spend forever together.
25. Who eats more? We are probably even or maybe even me. Sometimes we laugh that I seem to eat more than he does.
26. What do you do for a living? I stay home with my little ones who I teach, train, disciple and raise to be emotionally and spiritually healthy adults one day! Oh and I clean, cook, do the bills, take out the trash (hey, it's not just a man's job!), laundry, nurse, wipe stinky butts....the list goes on and on :)
27. Who does the laundry? I do...but once in awhile will ask Jer to help. When I'm way behind on it!
28. Who is better with the computer? My hubby.
29. Who drives when you're together? Usually me. I love driving!
30. What is your song? Hmm. Not sure if we really have one song...but a few bring back certain memories. Like "Trading my Sorrows" by Darrell Evans, "I will be Here" by Steven Curtis Chapman, and others I can't think of right now.

Hope you enjoyed those fun little questions about us ♥

Nothing too much to report. We may have some exciting news to share with everyone soon - but you'll just have to wait in suspense until the time is right. The kids are well (finally better!) and it felt good to be back in church this morning. Although Ethan still cries every week in the nursery and only one of us get to enjoy service. I sure hope he outgrows this soon - my sweet and sensitive boy.

Stay Blessed!
Momma Keri ♥
