Barney & The Bumble Bee/Lady Bug

I know this is a little late in posting but here are some pics of the kids from Halloween. We headed over to my parents house to Trick or Treat (a tradition) and it was so much fun. Ethan was more into it this year and would say Trick or Treat and every time someone dropped candy in his bucket he would look at me and say, "More." Haha. Smart kid :) Gracelyn rode in the stroller the whole time and she also would say trick or treat with her big cheesy smile face and thank you - it was adorable.

I love making these memories with my kids!

Ethan has been really into Barney lately and I scored this super fun and warm costume on Ebay. He looked so cute in it and it kept him so warm. Gracelyn ended up being a Lady bug but when we took them to Trunk or Treat she was a Bumble Bee. The Bumble Bee was originally supposed to be for Ethan but yeah, it didn't fit. As you can see.

It was a fun night and I look forward to making lots more memories like these in years to come. Special thanks to Aunt Kristy and Grandma Petke for coming along with us for part of the way and for carrying Barney when he was too tired to walk :) And special thanks to Daddy for taking some video ♥

On a not so happy note, Ethan is on day 5 of throwing up but we are praying he will get better over the weekend and is at the end of it. I called the doc today and just updated him with what was going on and he wasn't too concerned. These viruses can last awhile. The most important thing is to keep him hydrated - which I've been doing - he hasn't had much of an appetite for the past 4 days. He's lost 3 lbs in one week :( My poor boy!

Here's one last picture of E-man. Watching a Veggie Tales video on daddy's I-Pad. This kid knows how to work it more than his momma. So cute.
